I ordered (*********, y.rajendra.prasad@gmail.com) a cake on **th Nov and the next day (**th Nov) I got a call that they cant deliver, though the city and pin code i entered is mentioned on their website. Since **th Nov i see the status of the order as Refund initiated, but no refund in my account. I followed up multiple time on email, but no reply. Could you please help me? They are just cheating people.
