FNP - Product not delivered in same form as shown on website

I chose & bought a plant & flower gift tray from the website of FNP based on the images shown in the website to be delivered for the birthday of my mother in law residing in jaipur.
The product delivered did not match any of the images in terms of flower & plant arrangement. The delivered tray has a money plany whose size did not match as shown in website to which the customer care executive of FNP team told me that “the size will match “ is not mentioned under product description & “ the plants will eventually grow”

The flowers used in delivered product were not fresh, the planta had dirt on it, the base foam on which flowers were arranged was visible which was supposed to be covered by filler leaves aa mentioned in the product description. Infact, the delivered product has no filler leaves.
The tray was supposed to have golden ribbon as mentioned in product description but the delivered product has red ribbon.

They have caused me mental harrasment by not resolving the issue on call & by suggesting us compensations like “**% off on next purchase” “*** rs refund back” “a box of chocolate as an apology” & a bunch of roses.

None of the suggested compensation could possibly elevate the shame of gifting a non-presentable tacky product to a special someone. FNP spoiled our special day & I don’t think any compensation in any amount could rectify that.
I urged them to refund the money to which the executive put me on hold for several time which led to wastage of my precious time. & yet they did not resolve the issue.
