Walesonline Sold by a person by name Sanusha Sri thru marketplace - Product not delivered but money taken no response to the call

I gpaid Rs.**** to purchase a saree thru marketplace (walesonline)in FB on **-Dec-****.
Seller promptly responded till I paid. Initially she messaged stating it would be dispatched. But after a week when I sent a note asking, I only got Thumbs Up symbol nothing else. Later when I started questioning she stopped responding.
One day again I see an ad for the same saree in marketplace and wanted to whether its the same seller . Hence I sent a request asking for the availability of that saree. I get a prompt response saying yes.
When I reminded and asked the seller for the saree for which I paid money. No response.
The person name is Sanusha Sri who is selling the sarees.

I am really need help in resolving this and get back money or the product.
It looks like This seller is cheating customers like me
