Reliance digital store kothapet - Product not delivered as promised

When I purchased the product on *th April **** sales person said that product will be delivered in ** hours but they haven't done that. So, I went to store on *th April **** to get the update and assistant manager asked me to wait for another day and product will be delivered and installation also will be completed on same day which is *th April ****. Today evening again they asked me to wait for one more day. This time I had a discussion with manager of the store and he promised me that product will be delivered on *th April **** before **pm and they also given me delivery guy number. But delivery person never responded to my call.

I am having call recording with store manager who acknowledged these issues. Can we file a case I consumer court for the kind of irresponsible service provided to me.
