i ordered red roses bouquet with teddy that cost rs***.
but they delivered the different product what i ordered.and they didn't delivered the teddy bear saying the excuse that they will deliver it later..as on *th aug **** it was the special day..so i requested them either to deliver the same product with teddy or else return my money but they are not ready do that anything..they are saying flowers are okay and will delivered the teddy on evening but till now no solutions after many call and mails they are saying will send delivery boy on *th aug late evening..for teddy bear.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
