I ordered an "apple watch series * gps + cellular ** mm aluminium case" on **rd February **** and I paid ₹***** on **th February by transferring to their icici bank account but post receiving the amount they stopped responding back. They informed that they will be dispatching the product by **th but there was no response. I chased them on following days via WhatsApp, call, and email but got no response but today they blocked me and then turned the phone switched off. Please help me to address the query.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
