Reva Engineering Private Limited - Product not delivered and no money back

On **th Feb ****, ordered Hydraulic Interlocking Block Machine MRP *.* lakh from Reva Enterprise with initial payment of Rs. *Lakh to start manufacturing for our order. Second payment of Rs.**,*** was made on **th April ****, when supplier asked for second installment with promise to deliver machine in few weeks. Post second payment , supplier did not receive calls for several months and if at all called from unknown numbers, false claims of delivery and multiple reasons for delay in delivery was explained to us. After several warnings and lengthy conversations, On January ****, the company claimed that our machine is almost ready, showed us a video and asked for pending amount. On Jan **,****, third payment of Rs.**,*** was made with expectation of dispatch within a month. Post Third payment , the supplier kept on pushing delivery dates for several months. This lead us to stop brick making project and ask for full refund of amount of Rs.* lakh , as our business could not wait for years to start production. The company has not given us any refund from last ** months, we are been given false promises and hopes by pushing refund dates week by week. We have undergone severe mental agony and our business and investment is greatly effected. We have also sent them legal notice to which we received false promise of settlement from manager B.K. Chaudry. We strongly believe Reva Engineering has committed a Fraud using E-trade and commerce platform. The company had no intent to provide the machine from the beginning and only misused the online platform to make money . Kindly help us get back the money. Also kindly help us in making sure on other consumer gets cheated by the same supplier.
