Kidcart - Product not delivered and money not refunded even after continuous followup

I have ordered a product from Kidcart which is being shown in stock. But they refused to deliver it and they said they will refund the amount. It's been almost ** days since we order the product. Every day we have calling them they were attending the calls and saying we will get the money immediately but we have not received till now.
