I placed an order over nb-india.com for a pair of shoes and a pair of flip-flops. It was placed on **/Oct/**** and till now I have not received it. I am in touch with them over email and now they are replying that my order got lost in logistics and i will refunded only **% of the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
