Gamma Fitness Gym Equipment - Product not delivered and money deducted

i placed an order for functional trainer from Gamma Fitness website on *th January. The sales person over call was polite before placing the order and immediately stopped responding after payment. They promised over call that the shipment will be delivered to me on **th Jan. I was regularly following up over call and she kept saying that the product will be delivered on **th. On **th i called them and their story changed. She said "we need time to manufacture" "who told you it will be dispatched" and said that "there are no set delivery date" . After this i saw the Google reviews of this company that many others have been scammed similarly and did not get their money back. I requested refund after this and they blocked my calls. Their support emails are not replying at all and their ticket system has also not responded.
