Dihar Enterprise - Product not delivered and amount not refunded

I placed an order of a t shirt ** days ago with them and they assured to give tracking details soon. Even after *-* days when I neither got the parcel nor the Tracking, I messaged them but no response.
I again messaged them after a day or * and then again they ignored my messages. When I warned them of taking strict action then somebody from their side messaged in the group warning that they will delay the parcels even more if anyone will send them messages and follow up on the product.
Then somebody feom their side assured me that in * day's time I will either get my parcel or refund but now another * days have passed by but nothing I have received so far.
They have again stopped replying to my messages. I want complete refund of my amount now..
