Dear sir,
I have place an order( medicine) through portal https://www.smackdeal.com vide order no: **** on **.**.**** and also paid Rs-***/- through PAYTM (ORDER ID ******** **********) for same.but I did't received not my order till today and there is no order update by sms / mail. I have try to contact by email or phone but no one reply. once someone attend my call and ask for information then disconnect my call. now no one replying my mail or phone calls.

So I hereby requested you please do needful and help me in this case.
