Civew.com - Product not delivered after payment

I placed an order on **-**-**** as a guest visitor for sparx slippers with civew.com and made payment via SBI net banking which was acknowledged as copied below which gives details of transaction id and order id. But the product has not been delivered. As a guest visitor, I am unable to contact the firm. Then, I registered my self and logged in. All my efforts are in vain.
