dress - product not delivered after full payment

On February **, ****, I made full payment for a suit set. I have not yet received the product. I got suspicious when they refused to share parcel tracking details with me, after repeated requests. I checked comments of other buyers on their old Instagram posts and found out that there were similar complaints of cheating and non delivery of product.
