On ** February, ****, I booked an order from the Keveshop.com website whose order no. is #****. I came to know from the website that my order will arrive in * to ** days but today is **st March and I have not received my order yet.
I have also mailed several times to the mail address given on the website i.e. care@keveshop.com and support@keveshop.com , but I have not been given a reply from there. Please get my refund as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
