I ordered a T-shirt as a birthday gift for myself in February ****. However, the order was still not delivered even after a month.

I tried contacting the company multiple times through email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, but received no response despite several follow-ups. Eventually, I got a reply stating that the color I had ordered was out of stock, which was the reason for the delay.

I then requested them to either ship my order or cancel the order and process a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response since then, and the issue remains unresolved.
