Atomberg Technologies - Product not delivered

I ordered a Table fan the Atomberg Technologies via their Web site. Order was Place on Wed, Apr **, *:** PM , payment is made onlive via HDFC Credit card.

Company shipped the product , on Thu, Apr **, afternoon/ evening.

But since then there is no progress , prodcut is at the courier's final delivery point since ** Apr ****, there is no further update from either the vendor or the courier.

I contacted the vendor but no action is taken , I finally requestd the vendor to cancel my order ad refund my money , this cancellation is because of *) NO delivery *) Irresoncible customer service and unprofessional business practices. .
