Actually I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger belt in shoppers stop official website on ** nov ****. The expected delivery date is ** nov ****.Until now product is not delivered.The delivery is showing the status as out for delivery from ** nov **** .But they are not delivering the product. I contacted shoppers stop customer care team many times, even I asked them to refund my amount,but there is no progress in our issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
