Bewcoof com - Product not delivered

Have ordered * tshirts, only * got delivered. Out of which * is not the product which have ordered. They are not picking up the wrong product plus remaining * tshirts are not physically delivered to me but showing delivered.
After raising a issue there response to the email is there no error in the delivery so we are unable to refund.
Now they are not responding to emails also and not even able to connect to customer care.
