Footballmonk in - Product not delivered

I had four jersey From football, monk and two of the jerseys were missing in the order, this is so disgusting from football monk, you people are doing fraud out there, there is no response to emails and now the jersey is missing in the order.
Perviously i had orders * orders by mistake and it was not canceled even after I emailed you’ll within ** hours and now the order i wanted to receive ****** has * missing jersey, this is pethetic. All of my orders were prepaid and there is no option to cancel the order once it is placed, on website it is written “
Cancellation for plain jersey would be accepted only within ** hours after the order is placed. However for cancellation of a customized jersey, the customer must send an email within * hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at footballmonk.in.”

I mailed before ** hours and got no response my order was still not canceled, order - #****** , #****** , #******.

And order #****** has missing item - premium quality real madrid home kit ****-** and premium quality real madrid away kit. What nonsense is this.



I did not accept the order - #****** , #****** , #****** from delivery boy as i had done my part of emailing as i opted for cancellation and i want my refund.



And for order #****** jersey is missing and i want refund of those * jerseys

There is no call facility making it more sure of a fraud.
