Meesho online shopping app - Product not delivered

I have ordered * gowns of ***rs in COD both which was supposed to be delivered on **th of April.

Later on I changed the payment mode from COD to prepaid and paid rs *** rs...The delivery person came and delivered one product on **th April of colour purple ,and the maroon colour product is still not delivered to me and I had already paid for it.....

I already called you regarding the same issue but you people have said this is not our concern and we cannot do anything in this(neither refund nor product delivery) and on above of this you people are saying that this is not the first time I have raised this type of issue.

Kindly either refund my amount of maroon color gown or Deliver my product otherwise it will not be possible for me and my family to come to this platform again.
