Lenskart solution Pvt Ltd - Product not delivered

I am a doctor (surgeon) with vision problem. I have ordered three products from lenskart store Connaught place new delhi on **th July. They said it will be delivered online by ** th July. As said I got two of my products by **th. But I didn't receive one product (specs). I waited for one week, may be some time was needed in preparing specs as my power was high. But event after that I didn't get any message or mail from the lenkskart team , stating that my order is delayed or something.From then since two weeks iam contacting the customer care. Everyone says we will solve in **-** hrs . But it's more than * weeks my product is not delivered. I have also contacted the store from where i brought on **th July. One female attended the call and i explained her the issues. After hearing she also said the same thing and assured me that she will call me daily and update the status. And now as usual no mail, call or anything from their side. Having such a high power how can a surgeon operate without specs, this is my situation now. These people are not just bothered about their consumers. Don't have the courtesy to see my matter and moreover it's not a just a norm product from online store which I can ignore. This is about vision and without my specs i cannot see anything and how can I operate. If anything wrong or mishapenning occurs to my patients are they responsible. Really pathetic.
