I ordered a study chair from Niyasha online shop for an amount of ₹***,but after the successful transaction,i received no confirmation message or any updates from the company.
So i asked the customer care service for an update and for no avail and finally i got blocked from the site itself.Thus no way to trace my purchased product so far whatsoever.
So i humbly request the voxya team to kindly address the issue by tracing out this fake platform and stop them from openly stealing money from me and the public.
