SMV SALES - Product not delivered

It was an ad of soacking cloths. Which was quite interesting in the video. I clicked & brought the product. Although the website was showing from indian origin but tge video was international... i guve tge paument. But still product not delivered. Also didnt git any shipment information by tgem not in my maik nor my phone no. WhT to do? & i forgot to take screen shot of the shipment page.
