The order has been placed ** days back.The amount was also paid immediately through online payment. But till today no communication on whether order has been cancelled or when it will be dispatched has been communicated to me. They don't reply on mail nor on their chat window. It is highly unprofessional behavior. At least a message or a response is expected.
