Dodla Dairy Parlour Hanumanpet - Product not deliver and shopkeeper denying to return the paid money

Hi, I paid the amount *** Rs to Dodla dairy parlour which is located near Hanumanpet Bus stop Malkajgiri area shop for Dodla * kg curd bucket on *th March saturday. and somehow due to emergency in family I went after * day's to collect my curd bucket. They have rude behavior and said they already throw-out the curd due to expiry and none of the money will be return back as you are getting late and this is your fault. Initially while taking money they didn't ask my name or my number. There will be some return policy with Dodla product but they totally denying and misbehave with me when I was there to collect * lt curd bucket. Kindly help out as this is totally cheated.
