Meena filed complaint against Purple on May 31, 2021
I order some beauty products on April ** in purple.com. i paid for that through Google pay. The money is debited from my account and the transaction status was successful also. While i contact merchant they said there is transaction failed. While I'm contacting my bank and rise charge back file. They replied the money was send to beneficiary the products will be provided. But while contact purple customer care they keep telling the money is not received.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
