Candere kallyan jewelers - Product not as described

Everyone beware. I ordered * gold chain online from them on April *th ****. One for mine (** inches) and the other for my friend (** inches). I received **-inch one which I ordered for my friend on **/*/** and friend notice there's a length difference from my other ** inches gold chain. And we measure the chain and it was ** half inches. We requested for refund but till today **/*/** they don't want to proceed my refund. And even if so they told me they'll deduct **% of my money. I never encountered this kind of untrusted company in my life. Beware friends don't order anything from this company. Kalyan Jewellers. Candere sounds scary.
