thrift books - Product never got delivered

* months ago i saw an instagram account that sold books online. I placed an order of * books for **** rupees. I paid her online, she assured my books will be dispatched within *-* days and i shall receive those within * weeks. But after that, she stopped replying to my texts. After * month she said she dispatched my books, it’s been another * week , still no reply, no delivery. I messaged her so many times and got ignored. Then she blocked me suddenly. Now i want my money back. Don’t know what to do.
