Bluedart - Product never delivered

I ordered Divine III Bluetooth earbuds from harpshack company website. Again, Harpshack is not at all a worthy company. Many people doubt whether that company really exist or but a fraud company. I ordered it before blindly, since I just saw that product in amazon. They quoted it ****/- and i saw it is just **** in company website. I went for it and paid ****/ online on **/*/****. The product reached blue dart Hosur, Tamilnadu on **th and it is still there. Its **th of July. They never attempted for delivery and They never called me. But, the updated the tracking status as Consignee's address un locatable. I'm in a place that's just backside of a big company, LUK India, Hosur. They never attempted for delivery. Finally a guy called on **th of this month and asked for address. I told him to return the product for which I paid **** fifteen days before. Same thing happened before. They delivered the product, but updated the status as delivered. And they delivered after a week. I just want govt to take necessary action against them. Thank you.
