Moon Mart - Product misssing in the package

I am Anand Gupta. I am purchase smart watch series * new model on online shopping website that company name is moon mart. Courier service name is Bluedart.I am received this package but smart watch charging cable and also warranty card is missing in the package. So nobody can reply me with this behaviour. I am mail us to moon mart company and also call the customer service. But they don't solve this problem as soon as possible. So I think they are ignoring me.
