Hi Sir,
This is in reference to order Id ************_*.
With utter mental agony , and distress, after getting no resolution i got bound to write to you .
Ms Ruby Mohanty confirmed me in writting that i will get refund on or before August *'****
I was given several complaint ID's like ********, ******** but without resolution .
Customer care people having no clue what is going on. They have standard answer * to * working days they need. The complaint was lodged on August * **.** am and * days gone.
I had heard loads of negative feedback about meesho but i was believing noone and was regularly ordering stuff but this incident left so much bitterness in my mind for Meesho.
I need response . I need my refund
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
