Ordered Google Fitbit watch from getgear.com e commerce. I have shot product unboxing video as well which showed no watch in it. But the customer service is asking for all the box unboxing video which I have shared and my video clearly covered unsealing the box as well. Now the customer service is saying that we might have tempered with product box and misplaced the product. We are asking my product to be delivered which I never received.
