I had ordered two jeans and one Carlton london sunglasses for cash on delivery. I received the package with sunglasses first , it looked untampered except when I opened it after paying the delivery guy , there was only an empty sunglasses case ( the case looked fake ) and invoice receipt ,but no sunglasses . I called the delivery guy , but they said they can't take back opened packages . I tried to return it using jio app , but there's no option anywhere thats for empty packages received . No customer service person is available to help , you only hear automated voice on customer care .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
