I have ordered a BOAT rockerz ***. It got delivered on *st july **** from shiprocket.
I opened the box and it was empty. I have contacted the boat helpline but they haven't resolve the issue. I have sent a mail to boat's customer support, they asked me to send the pic of delivery box and unboxing video. I have provided the supporting pics and video to boat's customer support team but they haven't replied yet. So kindly investigate about the delivery.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
