Armenian - Product misplaced

I ordered a shirt from this company on meesho.It came to me and the fit was not proper, so I opted for refund ,after few days a delivery boy came and took the product as I was not available at home and my family was not able to reach me the boy took the product without OTP and told that it will be refunded. After some days two delivery boys came for pickup so I told them that we have given the product.After one month I didn't got the refund and I contacted meesho consumer support .They told me that my product has not been reached them and I requested them to contact the boy who took my product .they told me that they do not have the right to contact the delivery boy.I requested them for refund or my product but they told that they can't do anything.And they are saying that I should call the delivery boy and ask for product.
