BOAT - Product malfunctioning within 1 month of Buying compelled to use warranty card twice in one year

I bought two products from boat last month, one being the Airdopes *** earphones and Airdopes Atom ** earphones. The first earphone started malfunctioning within * weeks and i returned it via the warranty card. I received the replacement within two weeks and unfortunately the replaced product does not seem genuine and looks like a used one without a proper packing. After a week of that replacement, second earphone which i bought immediately after first one started malfunctioning, not pairing with each other. It's worth Rs ***. The actual fact to be noted is that it is not about money always, but the customer satisfaction that matters. I think the company needs a thorough training on Contracts as well as Consideration in a contract. I started filing a consumer complaint in the Confonet website of NCRF, a Govt. of India Undertaking. I am confused whether I should go with the consumer complaint or to get a replacement since I am worried getting a product from the same company would be a waste of resource.
