Jbl Speakers - Product issue not fixed even after 3 months

Hi,
I brought a JBL speaker on **-**-**** amazon.in and registered a complaint on *-**-****(Case # ********) with JBL customer support as the speaker were not working. JBL service person visited my premises on **-**-**** and said that there is a fault in some part of the audio system and it has to be replaced and he said that he has ordered the part and it will arrive within * weeks but till today i have not got any resolution for the problem, when i call the service engineer Sunil and his manager Pradeep the standard reply i used to get was that they do not have any update about it. So i contacted JBL support again through email but then i dint get any reply for my emails so started calling them from Dec** even after so many escalations nothing happened. i called again on **-**-**** again they said they are going to escalate and sent me the request id for the same i.e E******-*****. And since then i am talking to JBL support supervisor Mr.Venkat but Its been almost * months now from the date i have registered the complaint but till date it is not been resolved. I am writing this complain to consumer court in a hope to get this problem resolved or atleast i request JBL to take the product back and return my money or replace the product, if they are not able to find the replacement part to fix the problem. I have sent lot of emails also initially for which i did not receive any reply from them, I have attached the invoice.
Please help me in taking necessary action against JBL India to get my money back or to get the new product because they are not ready to resolve the problem from * months for a ** days old audio system which is not working and i am not able to use that system from * months.
