I have purchased HAVELLS HD**** Hair Dryer from flipkart. When I received the product I saw the manufacturing date is **nd June **** which is very older product. The product is not broken but the product box and warranty card are completely damaged. I called customer care and requested then that why should I received a product which is very older one. Customer care is saying that as product is not damaged so as per their policy they can't return the product. But my concern is that why the customer will accept a product which is almost *.* years older.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
