Street Style Store - Product is not value for money.

I had ordered two items from Street Style Store two months ago. They said they take maximum ** days to deliver. But no since it is * months. First they sent in which they wrote one of the item is out of stock and other is dispatched. They gave refund in the sss account not in the bank account. Add on the other item they sent is not value for money. Color is faded, size doesn't fits me and it doesn't look like as it looked on their site . They only have * size option other one is larger and it won't fit me too. Suprisingly their contact number never connected in past * months even after I tried from so many times from different numbers, one bell will ring that will automatically cut and then if I call it doesn't connect. They are only availing exchange of size option, not refund or exchange with something else.
