I purchased a product it was an office chair, which was advertised in Facebook and at a very low price, I should have realized that at that price getting that chair was impossible, but I fell to the trap, as soon I did the payment I received an sms and an email as well that the amount is deducted, but still today I have not received the product, the details of the order that I had made is mentioned below:
the order number is ****
the SMS came from number ********.
I can attach the email probably.
It would be great if I could please get refund of my money.
