I ordered a 'boat stone *** ** W Bluetooth speaker' from Flipkart on **th Sept ****. The earlier delivery date was *st Oct '** but not delivered, later was informed to me that on *th Oct '** item arrived but didn't receive, same said to deliver the item on **th Oct still didn't get the item, I called Flipkart customer service representative many times (around ** times) but they booked my complaint and did not take any action, and now didn't change the product delivery update still showing 'delivery expected by Mon,**th Oct whereas today is ** Oct '**, I am suffering mental illness, facing anxiety really I'm unsatisfied with the Flipkart delivery
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
