We have placed * sets of lehenga from the seller called ARPI on **th of April in meesho we got our parcel on * th of May **** . But we didn't receive the quantity we ordered * sets were missing and the item we received was not the one we placed. We have contacted the help centre but the response from their side was not appropriate. They told us that we are not eligible for getting refund because we didn't have terms and policies
