Srikanth kulkarni filed complaint against Honor on Sep 3, 2018
i am really frustrated regarding the flipkart service for my honor *n product. The product was having battery issue on very first day *n **-Aug-**** and from then to now i have called for more than **times to the customer service but the response is not appropriate with the product. the commitment date id postponed by their own. Actually the customer concern is not taking serious by the customer service . i also raised incident for more than * times but even then no reply from their end.
If the customer is calling for more times it means that product is more defective right even then if the service is not done on urgent basis then what is the use of flip kart service or using flipkart.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
