FashionScoop - Product is defective but seller won t take it back

I ordered a dress from facebook marketplace on November ** and I received the package today but when I contacted the customer support, they asked me for the photo of the dress, upon sending it as well as the picture shown in the marketplace, which clearly showed that the product is too different from the shown picture, they still won't accept it and denied return option, however while i had contacted them from market place they had confirmed it that return option is available.
