Bantia Furniture - Product is defective

We ordered * dining table chairs from Bantia Jubilee hills branch. They said it will take ** days for manufacturing. We ordered on **th July. From then it's raining heavily in Hyderabad. After * days we got a call from the showroom that the chairs are ready. We were actually not in our place and we are in Alwal as my friend's mother expired. We conveyed the same to the people who called us but they were asking like when will you come we don't have a place to keep those chairs and when will you pay all these. This Sunday we went to the store and the chairs are not of good quality as we ordered. There were paint bubbles and the chairs were not joined properly and totally it looks like cheap work. We asked them about the quality and they were saying you can't get more than this. We said we didn't like the product and asked them to refund the advance ***** they were saying not possible. Do whatever you want. We left the store without taking the product and lost our money. Need justice and help.
