I ordered mobile phone vivo z * pro from flipcart in allahpur neta chauraha Allahabad on **th of August that is defected and is replaced on ** August but replacement product is also damage. On this regard there is the policy of refund by flipcard but they did not resolved my problem till now , I request for refund I'm trying for resolvation from ** days continue facing problems It is just a mental harassment that is given to me by flipcart in different different ways, So I request heartedly from consumer foram to resolve my problem soon..
