Jyoti Gas Appliances Private Limited Om Traders nashik - Product has manufacturing defect service not available and dealer not supporting

Dear sir/madam
My self amitabh pawar and i have purchased jyoti gas geyser gold + model from om traders Nashik Maharashtra on **th jan ****, but on the day of installation their was a water shortage issue because of which proper testing of product was not done, after using it for * days on **nd jan a part was replaced from the geyser as it was informed by the service center that part is defective, after using it for ** days again from *feb am facing issue of gas leakage And unwanted fire burning from geysers. When my father went to drain water from the geyser, the gas was leaking, then there was a fire for some time, due to which he got very scared, Cansar has a sick mother and old father in my house, both have blood pressure problem, if anything happens. So how much loss would I have.
the same complaint was raised to store (Om traders Nashik, Maharashtra) the dealer has used improper and abusive language while lodging a complaint and said he is not responsible for the service of product. 

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful by replacing the product on priority basis.
