On December **, I have purchased premium eyewear from Coolwink online platform. Initially, by mistake, I have uploaded the wrong prescription. At the same time, they have kept my order under hold. Thereafter I have re-uploaded prescription on their web site. However, surprisingly received the product with my old prescription. On getting customer support from the website, they have regretted to provide eyewear with a new prescription.
The second part of my complaint is, after usage of product within a month time, eyewear frame got broken in normal usage may be because of manufacturing defect. The same problem again reported to customer care, however, they have again shown the inability to resolve the matter.
Because of this, I am having monetary loss of Rs.**** and at the same time caused inconveniences of making other eyewear on urgent base through other company with paying the premium.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
