T SREENIVAS RAO filed complaint against RICOH MPC 2003 on May 13, 2019
M/s. Smartek Print Solutions, Proprietor Mr.G.N.Rao, Seethampeta, Visakhapatnam, had undertaken to do general servicing of my fully conditioned Ricoh branded MPC **** Multifunction Printer, Serial No. E***R******. The machine got totally damaged by so-called untrained and unskilled technicians by wrongly handling during the month of March ****. They broke the IT belt and the black colour developer got vanished while repeatedly cleaning the unnecessary the unit. The machine got dead and they stopped to attend my calls for updation of printer nor responded to my repeated emails. They have purely cheated me and put me under heavy loss.
